Rod Pulley specializes in the development of strategic plans, business plans, developing and delivering customized training, and facilitating management retreats.  Rod is a former hospital chief executive officer and has created two health care related companies.  He holds a Masters degree in Health Care Administration from Duke University and a Masters in Public Administration from The University of North Carolina-Greensboro.

Accomplishments

• Developed and facilitated customized process improvement training programs.
• Developed the business plan for and implemented a home intravenous infusion company, resulting in yearly revenues exceeding $7.8 within three years.
• Developed the business plan for and implemented a home health agency, resulting in yearly revenues exceeding $4.0 within 2-1/2 years.
• Developed and implemented the reorganization of a rehabilitation facility which reduced cost by $1,600,000.
• Serves as adjunct faculty teaching Managerial Finance and Introduction to Public Administration
